4057 POLICIES AND PROCEDURES (AFFECTIVE MARCH 1ST 2016)

DESIGN PROCESS

·      Project brief
·      Project approval: budget and contract agreement (If needed)
·    50% Down payment of projects over $2000.00 to begin project production
·    Design concepts (3-5 sketch concepts)
·    Up to 3 changes, after 3rd change additional hourly rates apply
·      Finalization of the approved concept
·      Color scheme development
·      Final approval, then final payment within 15 days of invoice
·      Project files delivered or archived

*The time on each task can vary, but my priority is to respond quickly and deliver each phase of the project as soon as possible.

INSTALLATION PROCESS

Due to delicate materials and unpredictable conditions, any installation of vehicle graphics will be done at the 4057 facility due to the direct success of the installation, and uncontrollable environmental elements that can cause delays and hinder the overall success of the final product.

VEHICLE PREPARATION

Customer is responsible to clean their own vehicle prior to the install of spot decals, partial wrap, or full vehicle wrap. We recommend using soap and water only, no polishes, chemicals or waxes. This helps expedite the process and turnaround. There will be a $65.00 charge If we are tasked with cleaning any vehicle.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT (ONLY PROJECTS THAT EXCEED $2000.00)

50% deposit, 50% upon completion for any project that exceeds $2000.00. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due for any project that exceeds $2000.00 before work can commence. The balance of the 50% is to be paid at the end of the project, once project is approved and the final package is delivered/uploaded. A deposit invoice is emailed to once the project is final and the package is delivered/uploaded.

*If project does not exceed $2000.00 minimum then the balance of the project is due 15 days from invoice.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

All payments are made through Cash, Check, Credit Card, or Paypal.
All Credit Card, and Paypal payments are subject to a 3% service fee.

RATES

Design Rates are $85.00 per hour or an agreed upon total project quote based on scope of project and clients budget. If materials are produced there is a 20% upcharge to the total cost of the deliverables.

RUSH FEE

A rush fee of $65.00 will be applied to any project that needs a turnaround of 48 hours or less without reasonable notification, effective March 1st 2016

CLIENT APPROVAL

Upon acceptance of the Work, Client accepts responsibility for any further processes in which this work is used (e.g. film outpost, printing, etc.) Unless requested at a 20% upcharge.

PROOFING

It is the Clients responsibility to read and approve all work. Designer is not responsible for errors occurring in this work or projects related to this work after acceptance and approval of the Work by the Client.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

Client promises to pay for the services rendered by Designer for the Work as agreed upon. By signing contractual agreement, Client agrees they have read, understood, and are considered legally bonded to these terms.
